Everything you need to start up your very own wheel clamping service, A fully
comprehensive package. Please Note that the clamping of vehicles on private land,
requires you to have a front line licence in Vehicle immobilisation and that failing to
comply with the regulations as set by the SIA, you could be fined up to £5,000 or
Imprisoned or both. Should you require Training to obtain your licence, we are a
fully operational training provider and have over 18 years of experience. We can also
supply a full clamping service with full back up.

Self Ticketing Kit
Price: £59.99 excl VAT
This easy step by step self-ticketing system will save you time and money and most of all
your valuable parking space.......
An SIA frontline licence is not required to operate a self-ticketing system, all you need
is sufficient warning signs clearly stating that parking enforcement is in progress, a
ticket book, pen and a penalty charge notice window sticker......as simple as that, and of
course the full backing of a nationally recognised company.
YOU ARE IN CONTROL
All you need to do is to erect the signs at the front entrance and around the car park
area to be monitored, ensure that you have issued your customers/staff with a permit which
they are required to display in the front window screen of their vehicle.

If you find a vehicle not
displaying a permit simply write out a ticket, place it in the penalty charge notice
window sticker and attach it to the driver's front side window. Take a photograph of the
vehicle with the warning sign clearly in view of the vehicle, then send us the bottom copy
of the ticket within 5 working days of issue and we will do the rest.
We will then await payment, if the owner of the vehicle fails to pay within 14 days of the
ticket being issued we will apply to the DVLA for the vehicle owners details and issue
proceedings against them.
WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE
As long as you notify us within 5 working days of the error, we will be able to revoke the
ticket. You can notify us by telephone quoting your unique password.
WHAT DOES THE LAW STATE
As long as the enforcement charge is carried out within the law in accordance with the
administration of the Justice Act 1970, then you are legally entitled to do so.
STEP 1
Request a starter pack online together with your payment using our online payment centre,
we will then send you out a contract to sign and return to us. On receipt of your
completed application and a covering letter, we will send you the following:
* Six large type warning signs
* One tube of liquid no nails
* One penalty charge notice ticket book (contains 50)
* 50 penalty charge notice window stickers
* 10 parking permits (should you require more permits there is a small charge)
* Full backing of a nationally recognised company
* Operational procedures
STEP 2
Erect the car park warning signs, at least one sign needs to be at the entrance of your
car park and the rest need to be placed in a prominent position around the car park area
in view from the car park spaces.
STEP 3
Issue the relevant permits to the authorised users
STEP 4
Monitor your car park and issue a ticket to any vehicle not displaying a permit. To avoid
conflict remember not to issue a ticket whilst the owner of the vehicle is still there, as
this could provoke an argument. Once the ticket has been issued ring our offices with the
details of the offending vehicle so this can be logged straight on to our system.
STEP 5
Every 5 days send the bottom yellow copies of the ticket to us via recorded delivery.
JOB DONE!
Please note these warning signs state that you are entering into a Ticketing &
Clamping area, you are not authorised to clamp vehicles under any circumstances unless you
hold a valid Frontline Licence in Vehicle Immobilisation- failing to do so could result in
you being fined up to £5000 or imprisoned for up to six months, or both.
